Pommeranz Council

The Pommeranz Council was formed over the last 300 years out of some of the many colonies that were of human origin, but were out of the immediate influence of the technocratic government of Borland.

The Council began as an alliance between two colonies out of a mutual concern for a rule of law. Leading up to that time, various organised crime syndicates, came to consider the colonies themselves as resources to plunder. As more colonies joined the pact, they found that they could pool resources into activities that would be unsustainable by a single colony, such as Mosely University.
