Autoaspects

Auto aspects are a special kind of skill aspect that only applies to the Agility and Stealth skills.

SKILL+B​

The body autoaspect is used as a default aspect on Agility and Stealth to indicate that you are using these skills in relation to your own body. When used this way we donote both skills with Agility+B and Stealth+B.

Example of SKILL+B​

  • Agility+B - representing your ability to dodge something, or ypour own reflexes
  • Stealth+B - representing your ability to hide in shadows or move withoiut making a sound.

SKILL+S​

The skill autoaspect is applied where the skill is less like a trait skill and more like a knowledge or procedure skill, and its often used as the activity skill in an aspected skill roll. When used this way we donote both skills with Agility+S and Stealth+S.

Example of SKILL+S​

  • Agility+S - representing your ability to operate a machine or vehicle with speed, accuracy and quick thinking
  • Stealth+S - representing your ability to cover your tracks, make it look like you were never there. It also allows you to hide in plain sight. In this way, you are still seen, but people forget you were there, or you do not seem out of place. It can also cover practices like camouflage, either physically or culturally.

Why Autoaspect?​

They are called autoaspects because its like the skill is being used as an aspect on itself.
