Definition
A psionic skill representing your understanding of corporeal movement and where this comes from. In its basic form change is statistical in nature, so you change outcomes in your favour.
You may use your reaction and spend a focus point to either add or subtract your modifier in Psikinesis to any skill roll or saving throw by anyone on your vicinity including yourself. You can add your modifier after the die has been rolled, but it must be before the outcome is known.
If you have ranks in the Precognition (Clairsentience) technique, You can spend 5fp to add or subtract modifiers.
You must be able to perceive the target of your Psikinesis in order perform the favouring action. Normally this would mean having line of sight, however, if you have some sort of Clairsentience in effect, then you can use that as the basis of your perception.
