ποΈ Equipment
Striker, being science fiction, relies on technology to tell part of its story. The tools of technology are all-pervasive.
ποΈ Aegis
A closed suit with self-contained environmental breathing apparatus, designed for working in challenging environments. Five variants of this lay in the light armour category, a furhter two in the heavy armour category and 1 on the powered armour category.
ποΈ Terraform
These are special aegis suits enabling the wearer to live in Terran conditions. They are designed to be worn permanently, requiring only to be recharged every 24 hours, usually done during sleep, while plugged in to an appropriate hp and ep store.
ποΈ Armour
Light Armour
ποΈ Shields
Shields are generally held in your off-hand, and are designed to block attacks from a particular direction or opponent. You use your re-act to gain the resistance benefits of the shield, further reducing any damage from a successful chk(TC). Any chk(TC), whether it is from a melee or ranged weapon, can be blocked, using your re-act. However, your shield is not effective against successful chk(TC-A) or field effects.
ποΈ Fields
Fields are energy barriers, designed to surround the body, as another layer of protection. These are rigid to rapidly increasing levels of force, but remain flexible to minor changes, such as movements of the body itself.

ποΈ Credit
In the future beyond the Rift Wars, currency is a hard thing to nail down. The money that you have (termed credit) is the measure of your influence within an AI's sphere, or the sum total of relationships that you have with suppliers, peddlers, and people that owe you favours. Sometimes, these things can be converted into crypto currency, or be represented by a cache of artefacts, or the wreckage of an ancient striker that no one else knows about, but many times, it is too fluid to measure.
