Strength measures your bodily power, athletic training, and the extent to which you can exert raw physical force. Your Str can be used to check some activities including:

  • Jumping an unusually long distance;
  • Carrying out a strenuous movement mode, such as swimming or climbing for humans.
  • Hanging onto someone to stop them falling;
  • Pulling something out of some mud or any; substance that holding it fast;
  • Pulling open a stuck door; or
  • Deciding an arm-wrestling contest in a seedy colonial bar.

In 1G gravity, you can lift, carry and throw the following:
