Healing Nebula

An invisible mist of nebulised nanobots fill a 8-metre radius volume around you. For the next minute, any biological creature within that volume regains half your CER in health points at the end of their turn. Biological creatures can only gain the benefits of one healing nebula in their turn and the cannot benefit twice from the same healing nebula.
