If the targeted creature fails an Insight save (or you overcome its CC-S) they enter a psychosis for 12 hours.

While under the full effects of the psychosis, the creature will cycle through paranoia, aggression and even rage. They are unable to differentiate between friend and foe, seeing everyone as a threat.

Even on a successful save, they must still make a chk(Insight,10+M*) in order to carry out an action based on objective reality, rather than one of their many delusions.

An engineer may be able to break the Madness with an imp(chk,Bypass (Neuronetics),10+M*), followed by a Disable action.
