Lightning
Upon completing this conjugate, a lightning bolt issues from your outstretched hand. You target a single creature within 5•M* metres that must make an Agility save. On a failed save, they take your CER in electric damage, otherwise it is half that damage. The effect also produces a M*(field,elec) EMP pulse within a M*-metre radius, wherein all creatures take M*(hp,elec) and all vulnerable equipment and conjugates are subject to mishap.
