Grim Reaper
When you complete this conjugate, a shimmering, fast rotating iron ring, with a single vicious hook, surrounds you. While the ring is wide enough that you can move your arms freely (as long as they are 1(reach) or less), any creature approaching the you must contend with this grim reaper. If any creature starts their turn in a square adjacent to the conjugator, or if they enter one of these squares during their turn, they must make a CDC(Dex:Save) or suffer CER(hp,sls) as a B(pen) weapon.

The rotating disc is smart enough not to cut desks, lamps, computer consoles and other non-creature impedimenta in the area, but it will gleefully slice through your companions.
