Mist

You create an area of mist that is 10 metres in radius centred on a point within 30 metres for 10 minutes. The mist is heavily obscuring, but is otherwise harmless.

The mist is provided by nanobots, which resist dispersal. Therefre light breezes will have no effect, but stroong breezes ot the actions of telekinesis can overcome the a chk(CC,10+M*) for the conjugate
