Description: When you complete this conjugate and successfully hit a targeted area, a mist erupts and draws heat out of the air out to a 3-metre radius, producing M*(field,cold). The heat drawn out of this area is then concentrated into a surrounding shell (and another 2 metres radius) producing ½•M*(field,heat).
