Empathic-Projection (Telepthy)

Properties

Skills: Telepathy
Actions: where M* = M*(this), project(main-action, 2fp) imp(sv,Insight,8+M*) or impose emotional state.

As an action, you can impose an emotional state on a creature you can see. You impose PDC(Wis:Save) on the subject of your projection. On failure, you can impose one of the following emotional states on the subject:

Belief

You speak with a creature to impress upon them an idea. While it’s up to the recipient, how they interpret the idea exactly, on a failed save they will believe it.

Despair

The creature suffers a disadvantage on saving throws, attack and damage rolls, and ability and skill checks.

Fear

The creature becomes frightened. While frightened by this projection, a creature must take the Dash action and move away from you by the safest available route on each of its turns, unless there is nowhere to move. If the creature ends its turn in a location where it doesn't have line of sight to you, the creature can make a Wisdom saving throw. On a successful save, the spell ends for that creature.

Friends

You have advantage on all Cha checks directed at a creature that isn't hostile toward you. When the effect ends, the creature realises that you used occult methods to influence its mood and becomes hostile toward you. A creature prone to violence might attack you. Another creature might seek retribution in other ways (at the game master's discretion), depending on the nature of your interaction with it.

Hope

The creature gains advantage on saving throws and all skill checks.

Rage

The creature gains advantage on all checks and saves relating to Strength, and gains +M* resistance to frc, prc and sls damage. The state lasts until the beginning of your next turn, at which point the subject gets a new Save.
