As part of your melee combat, you can spend 1ep to make your attacks with any melee weapon especially damaging on your turn. With each ep you spend, you may add half your based modifier in this skill to the damage and penetration on all successful melee attacks.

Psi-Strike is also effective when using Wpn-Bows (Cbt-Ranged) and Wpn-Thrown (Cbt-Ranged).
