As a full-action, you can spend 1fp to start and control fires in various ways. You can either ignite a fire, increase the size of a fire, or create light in an area.

Ignite (main-action) Igniting a fire in an area where creatures are present, without fuel, will perform like a weapon with the following characteristics: PAR(tg,a,8) with B*(radius), 10(q) then PDC(Dex:Save) or PER(hp,fire) Fires that have no fuel will go out immediately.

Light (main-action) You cause a 1 square metre surface of liquid or solid, or 1 cubic metre volume of gas, to glow brightly for 1 hour. Everything with 50(range) of the glow is considered to be under bright light.
