Description: Select a language or language group that you are able to speak, read and write.

This technique represents your understanding of a language, in the ways that it is normally expressed. It does not confer the traits necessary to express the language, for example, it does not confer the ability to change your skin pigmentation, like a cephene, if you are a human, or a voice box, if you are cephene.

The modifier in the language, rates your ability to express yourself, with 0 being very basic to 5 being very sophisticated.

The technique is tested whenever you need to express or undertand a difficult concept.
