Usage: fire(w/main-act, R, 1ep) -> eff(self)= +M*(att) -> imp(sv,Resolve,8+M*) -> eff= frightened
Description: Spend 1ep to improve your attack with a ranged weapon and impose a sv(Resolve) to menace your opponents.

As part of your normal attack with a ranged weapon, you can choose to spend 1ep to add your energy-improved modifier (M*) in this technique to your weapon’s attack, and impose a sv(Resolve) to further impose the frightened condition on your opponent.
