Description: Drain the vitality (ep) from a target.

You can use your main-act and 2fp to drain the vitality of a target you touch (melee touch attack). On a failed sv(Energy), the target loses fp•d6+M(ep), which you can use to heal yourself by the same amount. You can only heal yourself up to your maximum ep, the excess is lost to the aether.

You can also spend additional fp for the purposes of performing a ranged touch attack. Each fp spent in this way adds your modifier (M) in range.

By spending an additional fp, you can convert the ep that you have drained into fp or hp for the purposes of healing yourself.
