As a main-action, you can spend 1(fp) to harm a creature you touch. Your attack imposes a Con saving throw that the target must succeed in or suffer heat damage.

You can also spend additional fp for the purposes of performing a ranged touch. Each fp spent in this way adds your based modifier in range.
