Usage:

Mishap: insanity-1 (acquired on first ranks)
Description: Physically damage a creature you touch.
As a main-act, you can spend 1fp to harm a creature you touch. Your attack imposes a Health saving throw that the target must succeed in or suffer heat damage.

You can also spend additional fp for the purposes of performing a ranged touch. Each fp spent in this way adds your based modifier in range.
