This technique extends Investigate when a psychological element comes into the examination of an individual. The investigative element concerns what questions to ask, in what order to try to discern the truth. Interrogation is a systematic approach to a social contest.
Success in an Interrogate roll is best done opposed by your opponent’s Deceive or their own Interrogate roll (indicating that they might know the tricks of the trade). The target of the Interrogate can pick which skill leads to be best overall modifier, in either case though, the defence will cost 1(fp).
Interrogate can be covered in a single, opposed roll, or multiple rolls. What must be decided is the web of information involved: what items of information does the interrogator want to know, what items of information is the target willing to divulge.
