This technique allows you to distract, annoy, confuse, or otherwise sew doubt into your opponents. Unless you are using this technique with Telepathy, your opponent must be able to hear and understand you.
Spoil
You can use your reaction, to impose a spoil die (which is a d1, d2, d3, ... , up to d12, depending on the modifier – see below), which is rolled and subtracted from their next chk or sv.
A creature can have only one spoil die at a time.
The size of the spoil die you impose is half your modifier in Inspire. If your modifier is 10, the spoil die is a d5.
